Following the announcement of our contract with Trafikverket Färjerederiet in March 2025, we’re thrilled to share that the deployment of VISION across Sweden’s ferry network has been completed successfully.
Project Delivered Beyond Expectations
The implementation of 38 VISION systems across 33 ferry locations has been completed, providing Trafikverket Färjerederiet with the high-accuracy traffic measurement and classification capabilities they need for their operations.

Successful Implementation Across Sweden’s Ferry Network
The VISION systems are now operational at all 33 ferry locations, providing real-time traffic data and classification capabilities. The deployment enables Trafikverket Färjerederiet to:
- Accurately track and classify pedestrians, motor vehicles, and special/heavy transport vehicles at ferry boarding points
- Access real-time data through Trafficweb for immediate insights
- Integrate seamlessly with existing systems via API
- Make data-driven decisions for operations and compensation processes

With VISION now fully operational, Trafikverket Färjerederiet has gained the precision they needed to improve their compensation process and operational efficiency. The AI-based video stream sensors provide the accuracy that previous measurement methods couldn’t deliver, solving critical challenges in reporting and operations.
