The 2012 october/november issue of Traffic Technology International featured the article Rethinking Temporary Traffic Measurement about how traffic authorities, municipalities and other organizations can remove the need for costly and unsafe manual labour traditionally associated with temporary traffic measurement. The article focuses on Sensebits’ standalone wireless detection unit, STMS WD-300, which is ideal for replacing pneumatic tubes, manual counting and other methods traditionally used for temporary traffic measurement.
